Our website does not use any tracking or advertising cookies. When you open our contact form, a single technically necessary session cookie ("kirby_session") is set. It only contains a random session ID and is used to protect the form against forged and automated submissions. It expires automatically after a short period of inactivity. The legal basis is § 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the security of the contact form.

Contact form
When you send us a message through our contact form, we process the following data:

• Your message
• Your IP address
• Date and time of the submission
We use this data to answer your request. Your message is forwarded to us by email; it is not stored in a database on our website. Our email is hosted by the following provider, which processes your message on our behalf:

The email servers are located in Munich, Germany. We use your IP address to prevent abuse of the form (spam). For this purpose a pseudonymised (hashed) form of your IP address is stored on our server for one hour to limit the number of messages that can be sent.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your request is related to a contract or to steps prior to entering into a contract. In all other cases, the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is answering requests sent to us and protecting the form against abuse.
Providing your data is voluntary. Without your name, email address and message, however, we cannot answer your request.
We delete your message once your request has been fully dealt with, unless we are required by law to keep it for longer (for example, the retention periods for business correspondence under German commercial and tax law).
